Fall 2025 Central Indiana Chapter Meeting

Please join the RIPEA-Central Indiana Chapter on October 3rd at 11:00am. The meeting will be held at the MCL Cafeteria located at 3630 S East St, Indianapolis, IN 46227 Please note that lunch will be provided at the individual expense of attendees. 

Jude Byanski from Jude P. Byanski Estate Planning will be our Guest Speaker. He will speaking about the reasons to create or update an Estate Plan, how asset ownership dictates Estate Planning, and information about the base “tree trunk” of Estate Planning documents and the reasons for each document.  The goal is that each attendee walks away with a good base knowledge regarding Estate Planning terminology and why Estate Planning is important.

Jude P. Byanski of Jude P. Byanski Estate Planning is a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer, as certified by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Certification Board.  Jude's legal practice is narrowly focused on Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administrations, and their related practice areas.  He has focused on these specific practice areas in the Indianapolis area since 2010.

Jude, who grew up in Fort Wayne, completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, and then attended the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, OH, where he earned his Juris Doctor.  Jude is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Ohio.  Jude is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis (past Board Member and past President), Broad Ripple Kiwanis (current Board Member), and the Riley Children's Foundation Professional Advisors Council.  He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.  Jude lives in Indianapolis with his wife, their son, and their two dogs.  He enjoys a wide variety of music and movies, watching and playing sports, and spending time with his family and good friends.
